• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Custom or engraved items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

How to Return an Item

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Print the return label provided by our team and attach it to the package.
4. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping facility.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Free Returns

We offer free returns for all orders within the UAE. For international returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
